Healthy Brownie Bites Recipe:
- 1 cup pitted dates, about 18 dates (I use THESE)
- ⅓ cup raw nuts of choice (walnuts, almonds or pecans are a good choice or any combination of nuts that you can think of!)
- ⅓ cup raw seeds of choice (I love using THESE pumpkin seeds the best!)
- ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut flakes (find HERE)
- ⅓ cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder (I use THIS)
- optional: 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, pinch of sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until everything is finely chopped and clumped together.
- Form into balls and refrigerate. You can eat them right away, but I think they are best eaten chilled, right out of the fridge :) Enjoy!
